Based on recommendations in several forums we contacted Swiss Medical to purchase a health care policy. We were put in contact with Dra. Aurora Couretot who made plans with us to meet immediately. Within a few days Dra. Couretot came to our home to explain our Swiss Medical options. Dra. Couretot was prompt and well organized. She spoke perfect English, which was essential for us to understand the technicalities of the plans she offered, and she had an excellent understanding of the different plans. Dra. Couretot was patient, never pushy and took all the time we needed to pick the plan that was right for our family and not simply the most expensive one! Since joining Swiss Medical we have had several medical visits and Dra. Couretot has, very graciously, answered any questions that have come up. Overall, we are very satisfied and impressed with Swiss Medical and especially Dra. Aurora Couretot.
